    LOL I already have an identical twin. :)

    I'm at my goal. I'm maintaining. Actually I need MFP to help me walk the fine line, it was easier to simply "eat less" to lose. Now I can't eat too much or I'll backslide and I can't eat too little or I'll go into starvation mode. You don't have to worry about starvation mode when you have a lot of excess stored energy (fat), but you do have to worry about it when you don't have it anymore.

    I'm here to help anyone.

    I would love to have your help. I am not at my goal, quite a ways to go actually, but I know now that this is a lifestyle, not a fix. Will definitely be a whole new ballgame when it comes to maintenance.
