Advice on how to reach my calorie goal?

I can't seem to get over 900 calories in a day, and I frequently over-estimate.

The thing is, I'm completely full and not even remotely hungry after days like this.
The only day I made it over my calorie goal, I straight up cheated and had fast food with fries -- I was illin' for some potatoes. I rarely get cravings like this, and I'm ok with an occassional splurge.

But MFP has been yelling at me day in and day out that I'm not getting adequate nutrition. I'm sorry MFP, but I'm just not hungry past what I've eaten! I eat as soon as I'm hungry and stop as soon as I'm done.

Any snack/meal/etc. ideas that could up the calories?

    A quick look at your diary makes me think you need to talk to a professional about eating disorders as soon as possible.

    If your diary is accurate, you need a lot more help that you can get from and internet forum.

    Get your thyroid checked if you managed to get yourself to 170+ pounds and not be able to eat 1200 calories. Something else must be wrong.
