any other pals using the stair-master???

Hey pals, I just started using the stair-master about a week now. The 1st day I did 10 minutes and I've been increasing it by 10 everyday. Trying to work my way up to 60 minutes. I must admit that I have to stop a lot and drink lots of water. I feel it from my neck all the way to my ankles. My goal is to drop the weight and tone at the same time. Tell me about your experiences ? What do you do? How has the results been for you?
