Raspberry Ketones ... ??

Has anyone tried these?, and if so - what are your thoughts? I started taking 2 - 100 grams. capsules per day recently. It's too early to tell if they're helpful, or simply another money grab in the multi billion dollar diet industry. I'm relatively new to the MFP world - about 2 weeks so far. Have set my caloric intake at about 1200 per day - and am down 6 lbs. so far. I don't know if any of that loss is anyway affected by the Ketones.
Am really interested in hearing from anyone who's tried them, and what your success / failure has been with them.
Thanks in advance everyone

Why Creatine?
When cutting calories you can lose power in the gym.
Creatine offsets this by adding extra power at a cellular level.
Having an increased CP pool means ATP will be higher and more work can be performed in the gym.0 -
Thanks for all your replies ... As I suspected ..... yet another gimmick.
Dr. Oz should be ashamed of himself for promoting such a useless product !0
