i started at 300lbs and 33% bodyfat, and now im at 195lbs and 12% bodyfat.

Damn, yeah that's a nice job .. similar to me. That last 4% is *EXTREMELY* difficult once you've been that overweight for that long .. I started at 40%+ body fat @ 235 lbs on my frame, down to 140 @ 8% and it's an absolute battle to get to 8% and re-comp your physique but it can be done, the body just doesn't want to do it.
You've proven you have the ability and discipline, now it's just putting a plan into action and doing it. Good luck! :drinker: :drinker:0 -

yea and the implamenting has already begun, i started the new cycle of training, and am feeling it today, yesterday was leg day and i can barely walk this was my workout
circuit #1: 5 sets, 30 sec rest between sets
leg extension: 25 reps
leg curl: 25 reps
cable dead lift: 25 reps
circuit #2: 6 sets, minute rest between sets
partial deadlift: 5 reps, heavy
full deadlift: 10 reps
broad jump: 15 reps0 -
