freezing individual greek yogurts?

have any of you guys ever tried freezing the little trader joe's containers of greek yogurt? specifically the pomegranate one (lowest in cals) but any of the others too! or even just freezing frozen yogurt in general- how's the consistency and flavor? thanks!

I've done it and it gets a little icy. It's not that nice, smooth, consistency of frozen yogurt products. What I usually do is mix it up with a little something (a touch of sweetener and something like pumpkin + pumpkin pie spice, cocoa powder + mint extract, or just some cinnamon + vanilla) and then put in the freezer just until it starts to freeze around the edges. Then I take it out and mix it all up so the frozen bits break up and distribute around the yogurt making sure the whole thing is fully chilled. That way it's got a frozen dessert feel but isn't too icy.0
