Kelp Noodles! Fantastic!

I just made a delicious meal with some kelp noodles for dinner. Black beans, chicken breast, tomatoes, onions, peppers, the works!
It turned out to be around 170 calories per serving! Crazy! That means more room for carbs later. ;) Plus I have a ton of leftovers.

These noodles don't make you feel bad about having a second helping. The only problem is that I was sooooo full that I never needed another serving! Feels great!

Have you guys tried these noodles and is there any great recipes you have discovered while experimenting with them? I'd love to get some new ideas! :)
