    I drink when I'm thirsty. Drinking more than that serves no biological purpose, and just wastes water.

    To some, drinking water helps supress hunger but certainly not me. I get no benefit whatsoever drinking lots of water; doesn't help with MY weight loss, doesn't supress my hunger.

    I drink it when I need to that's all
