Getting back on track!

I am embarrassed to admit that I "fell off the wagon" for close to a month (3ish weeks). I gained about 3 pounds and I can assure you-- it's all fat. I wasn't counting calories, I was only exercising 1 or 2 times a week and I didn't care! I also sprained my knee in that time and milked it. Even with an injury, I could've watched my calories.

I'm happy to say that I'm getting back into the groove! This is not a New Year's Resolution at all. This is my life, this is my confidence building back up, this me feeling better over all. I've been well within my calorie range each day this week and I kicked *kitten* at the gym last night.

I'm not trying to brag, I'm just trying to be motivated and be motivating! It's easier than you think to get back into diet and exercise...don't give up if you've had a bad day! The biggest thing I've learned is *tomorrow is a new day*. Make the best out of it.

Have a happy (and healthy!) New Year!

Welcome back, and it's okay to take breaks, it's actually good for your body. Now your back and let's make it count. I heard somewhere that instead of saying I'll start tomorrow, say I'll start today.

    Happy New Year!

Welcome Back! I am with you. I fell off the bandwagon for 2 weeks. Yuck!! I feel so much better that I am in control now. Food will NO LONGER control ME!! My body is much happier with my healthier food choices and exercise.

Glad you have you back! Have a happy (cal crunching) new year!
