So first I have to start by saying, Im a money saver all the way, you wouldnt be able to tell by looking into my checkbook, but its hard for me to pay full price for anything, I feel like I need to make by dollar stretch for two nice items, versus one...so that may help you answer my following question....
I started with a weight loss goal of 85 lbs, Im almost 20 lbs down now, and my pants are starting to get baggy, not totally riduculously baggy, but baggy. I know its not time yet, but when will it be time to bite the bullet and go shopping? I have so long to go and know I will not get much use out of my clothing before I have to go down again. When did you buy new clothes? What made you realize I have to do this? I know it will be silly to try to make my size 18 pants last me until Im down to a size 6, I know that wont work.... Just looking for some clothing suggestions or even your stories about the "during weight loss" clothes and what you did.

Basically I've shopped at the goodwill/Salv/restore type of shops for deals. Ironically JcPennys seems to have some crazy deals on Friday I believe. I basically did this end of the money see what fits. Doesn't fit it goes in the charity pile. Then go shopping on what I need.0

Thanks, I never even thought about goodwill stores because the ones in my town all are junked, but there is a actual goodwill store about a half hr away that is pretty decent... i just always bought my kids' clothes there, never thought about myself really..... I also like the idea of throwing anything thats is too big into a charity pile, then I will be forced to not gain weight because I already got rid of all my good bigger clothes!!0
