Calories Burnt In BeachBodies / Les Mills (Without HRM.)

Hi guys,

I actually posted this topic in a *turbo fire* group but I am not sure of how much attention it gets.... So I thought I would post it here as well, as I know we all question how many calories we are burning without a heart rate monitor...

Just wondering I have purchased a heart rate monitor now and I am in the 3-4 day waiting period to receive it....

How do I estimate my calories burned? I know a heart rate monitor would be great, and it does depend on intensity.... Does someone know an average/approximate calorie burn per session.....
Below details the intensity of my session:



I was constantly moving around this morning, despite my lack of coordination, however because I was mildly struggling to keep up, I found in doing the punches/uppercuts and all those I probably didn't push out as hard as I could have, because I literally was just rushing through it to keep up......... But as I said, for the cardio side of things I was definitely upbeat, bouncing around, and sweating like crazy compared to when I am at the gym..........


I did the Fire 30 Stretch 10 class :)

  • You should be able to google an online calorie counter and it will have you put in your height, weight, age ect and what kind of workout your doing. Turbo fire sometimes comes up as turbo kick. They are usually pretty accurate.
