I actually found this site last week, and have been enjoying it. I have dropped 2.5lbs since thursday, and am looking forward to staying on track. I have been working out atleast twice a week, for a while, but am starting a new routine this week, with cardio daily and strenght training 2x's a week and exercise ball 2x's a week.

Im in Indianapolis, a Full Time nanny for one wonderful baby. When the weather improves, there will be daily walks for me, which im very excited about!!
