Question about water/water weight?

Hi all! For the past 2-3 days or so I have been drinking at least 8 cups of water (although yesterday and today I have had at least 11 or 12). Mondays are going to be my weigh-in days, so tomorrow will be my first weigh-in since I started drinking so much water. On Thursday or Friday I weighed in at 173.8, and I've been under my calorie allotment every day since then.
So my question is, will my weight tomorrow morning (I plan to weigh myself first thing upon waking up, in the buff, before eating or drinking anything) be way up because of water weight, since my body isn't yet used to me drinking so much water? Or will it already have started to go down, even if by a percentage of a pound?
Sorry if this doesn't make any sense! I tried to explain myself clearly :x

Water weight is really just the retaining of water. One of the biggest factors of retaining water is sodium (salt basically). Watch out for your sodium intake. Don't get me wrong, you need sodium for normal body functions but too much makes you retain water. However, even if you retain water, it doesn't affect fat loss or muscle building. You will eventually lose that water weight over time . Just keep drinking lots of water to flush excess sodium away. Also, what I have learnt lately is that the scale is not a very reliable measurement of weight loss. You should be measuring parts of your body (waist, hip, thighs, etc) to have a better overview of your progress0
