Hi there,

My name's Yen, living in Vietnam and this is the first time I am here in this website. I want to lose around 4-5 kg and trying to achieve it. I believe that if I have some friends having same target with me, it would be easier to encourage together to achieve our target. So "reply me maybe" :)

    hi Yen, trusting you will reach your target, my wife and I have a lot of success on this programme, Although she is doing what I call a special starvation diet at the moment and only eats 500 calories a day. Any how we are going to Vietnam on the 17th of October for 10 days, we will go to Saigon for 3 and Hoi Han for 7, we have never been there before is it a good place for a holiday?:happy: :smile:
