I realize this is a problem that many with they had but, in my case, it's not healthy. I never thought I'd be having this issue and moreover, complaining about it, lol. I have a very low calorie goal of only 1000 calories per day. I have been medically tested and due to a chronic inflammatory illness I have and prolonged steroid usage I have a VERY slow metabolism. Hence, the low intake to lose weight.

Furthermore, when I exercise I seem to loose any appetite I may have had prior. I am really struggling to meet my calorie goal on some days. The other night I ate ice cream (which I don't even like too much) just to pack in some quick and easy calories. Unfortunately fat, sodium, etc. came with it.

I am forcing myself to eat and I really would be perfectly content (other than physically) not eating a lot of the time. Has anyone had a similar issue or any suggestions? I really need all the energy I can get and I'm worried if I lost the weight from eating too little that the weight might come back on. Thanks!
