Any intermittet fasters?

I have ben doing IF for about a month know and lost about 10lbs. I want to know if there is anybody that can give me eating tips? i want to know what foods have the densist macros so i dont have to have huge amounts of food within my 6 in a half hour eating window. any help is welcome.

    do you eat all your calories within 1 meal or do you split two/three? trying to hit 1g protein x BW or 1.5 or 2?

    proats, rice, steak, chicken, potatoes, cottage cheese, pbj, eggs, dairy come to mind.
  • thanks for the help. I eat 3 meals a day with one gram of protien per BW. also i was wondering if you think its okay if i have one of my meals befor i workout. i just cant fit my workout in my schedule unless i workout at five in the morning which is not happening without coffe or a pre workout. thanks for your support.

    I have two meals and a couple of snacks in my 8 hour eating window and don't seem to have any problem meeting my targets. I have lots of tuna salads made with full fat mayo and a big plate of salad. I snack on nuts and boiled eggs. For my main meal I eat things like chicken or fish with loads of vegetables, if I need to increase calories to meet my minimum I might make a cheese or parsley sauce with some cream to up fat and calories (I eat low carb with quite high fat and protein). Or even just a little piece of cheese.

    It works great for me. I'm doing it mainly for weight loss and IF has been a great help. I used to eat breakfast when I got to work at 8am and would then want to snack all morning and could easily eat 500 calories before lunch time. Now I am not hungry on a morning and have no problem sticking to my calories during my 8 hour window and I feel full and satisfied after my meals instead of feeling like I wanted to eat more.
