Help!

So I recently started actually using MFP (I've had it for awhile) but I am rather confused about how much I should be eating. I haven't been reaching my daily calorie goal, which I know is bad, I have to eat more, but do I need to eat the calories that I burned off through exercise? Don't I want to burn off more calories than I take in to lose weight?
I had a baby 6 months ago and I am breastfeeding, which burns off a crazy amount of calories each day and I have been exercising every day so I know I should be eating more...but how much? Please feel free to look in my food journal! TIA for your help!

Yes, you eat the calories back that you burn. MFP already has you at a deficit, so eat all the way till you're close to 0 remaining.
As for the breastfeeding, I have no idea. First result from Google seems to address the number of extra calories needed though -- http://kellymom.com/nutrition/mothers-diet/mom-calories-fluids/0
