    I lost 40kilos in 6 months and its taken me 2 months to lose the other 7 I've been pretty discouraged due to loose skin.

    I've lose it pretty fast.

    oh man the skin is horrible, i have told myself that what would i rather want? flabby skin? (which can be hidden under clothes) or fat that unfortunately cant be hidden no matter what..lol.

    But the thing that sucks was what was motivating me was the picture of my dream body but i have realized i can't have that with all this skin. :/

    To be honest man i didn't even use MFP but i was still calorie counting. :)
