i did my third ever running race yesterday - third one this year

faversham 10k (6,2miles)

done in 58mins 32secs

i wanted under an hour and i got it :)

yay me... all in aid of cyctic fibrosis trust

    Well done. That is a fantastic time :) Bet you are pleased.

    I wanted to do the Faversham 10K for a few years, just never quite put in the time to do the training pre event.

    Is a beautiful course I hear.

    yeah its all through country lanes - very pretty - but not as flat as they make out! lol

    i hardly trainined for this one - so very happy!
