Sticking Weight Point

So, I have done pretty well in the last 12months or so and lost a lot of weight and dropped several clothes size's which is great.

But its seems I have now hit a really hard point where im struggling to keep motivated. I seem to start well on a Monday but by Thursday i'm having take-aways and generally not tracking fully.

I guess my main problem is I seem to be struggling breaking below 15 stone, it took me several months before to get below it, and since i went back up above 15 from the honeymoon I now seem to be stuck again.

So my question to everyone was; do others have similar issues where there is a weight that seems to be their sticking point and difficult to get below?
