Whenever I agree to work with a friend or family to lose weight, I always end up gaining weight. Every single time. Does anyone else relate and/or understand the psychology behind why this happens? I succeed in everythung else in life but this darned problem, weight.

I gain weight when I give in to my cravings and Im like oh that wont hurt. I just started the Paleo diet. We are doing a contest at my boxing gym. My Coach tells me that as women our weight fluctuates daily depending on many things including hormones. Our weight could fluctuate as much as 8 pounds in a day. Get plenty of rest, don't stress, and stick with it. Make sure you are eating enough too. I have issues sometimes eating enough calories, eating every 3 hours, and drinking 10+ glasses of water a day. Those are keys to success, no matter what your meal plan. :happy:0
