30 Day Shred

I've been thinking about getting Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred to make sure I exercise each day.
I live in Scotland and started running during summer but now due to our lovely climate it is near impossible to go out running without the weather turning into a storm!

I was hoping to get some feedback from people who have done this 30 Day Shred and how they found it?
Also, what weights should I get for them? I have two 5lb weights but after reading reviews I feel they might be too heavy for repetitive exercises.

    Hey! I'm on day 14 of the shred and it's great - I do it in addition to running 5 times per week and it is definitely making a difference. You can get it on youtube for free and do it literally anywhere if you have an ipad/smart phone... I just use 1kg weights and they are plenty for me... start out with cans of baked beans! :D

    Hi from a fellow Scot ! I am on day 5 of the 30 day shred , not so nice to get out to do my normal walks now :( I am using 3lb weights .

    I have certainly felt a difference doing the workout , hope to lose several inches ( from everywhere)

    Try it on on youtube , I love it because you can fit it in no matter how busy your day is !

    I think I will try out level one just now on YouTube but will probably get the DVD too as I think my mum may want to borrow it!
    Only a fiver on amazon, not bad!

    The rain is off just now so I could attempt a run but I just know I will be down the street and the heavens will open!
