Going well and a couple of NSVs

I decided to try and do something about my weight, shape and fitness back in May.
My weight had crept up to 104kg (30lb) my fitness was negligible and my fiancee had made it clear she didn't like what she saw
I have always had a love/hate relationship with the gym, once the switch has thrown and my mind-set is there, I love going; otherwise I can't think of much worse.
When I was younger I used to enjoy martial arts (back when I was 18 I used to train at least 8 hours a week) so thought that getting started again might get me moving and motivated.
After a bit of looking around, I decided to give Krav Maga a go and had my induction session at the end of May; quickly realising how my fitness would impact my ability to train (the warm-up nearly killed me) that got me started going to the gym as well.
In July, one of the women I train with suggested MFP so I had a look and joined up and have not looked back
I'm now 18 weeks into my journey and have lost 14.1kg (31lb) some 14% of my total weight. The gym trousers I bought so I had something to wear for my induction now fall off by themselves, as do my uniform trousers (which have gained two new holes on the belt).
Just to cap it all, we had a special class yesterday through the Krav Maga school and the instructor who taught my induction turned and said "F**k me you've dropped a s**t load of weight haven't you?"
Let the journey continue
