It's been a long road since I committed to changing my lifestyle entering 2012. I'm still not where I want to be, but I do see a light at the end of the tunnel. These past 9 months I've accomplished more than I have at any time in my life. I ran my first marathon, completed P90/Insanity, started training in MMA, and joined a Crossfit gym. I have really grown to love this lifestyle, and I am confident I will be able to run the table and reach under 10 percent before the end of the year. OOOUUUUSSS!
