I currently have a gym membership and I go with my son. I have looked at Insanity but it costs too much for me to be able to buy it. Can anyone recommend a good dvd for me to work out to at home? I would also like a quick one that can be done in about 15 mins every morning?? Any suggestions please

Hi there.
There are free to watch insanity dvds on you tube. Loads of different ones. There's also a crew called fitnessblender.com who have uploaded lots of HIIT (high intensity interval training) available on youtube and facebook. I use the fitnessblender ones on a daily basis and get a fab workout in. Hope this helps.

Definitely youtube! Try different searches like "15 minute workouts" or "quick cardio workout", stuff like that. There's so much on there.0

^^what Kathy said...plus I found a Zumba video on youtube I LOVE. Search missybelladonna on youtube. She has two that I have found so far that are 45-50 minutes long if you are in the market for a longer workout once in a while....this one is fun.0
