What should i eat for Strength and Cardio routine?

Hello! Im trying to get off the LOW carb train... I did Atkins in my own way by tried to stay in induction phase which damaged my eating patterns and i need to be strong and healthy from now on. i would end up doing great all weekday then binge all weekend and its a terrible cycle...

So my new Plan Of Action is to do Cardio and Strength training in one routine every day. It alternates doing Cardio : run 7 mins Strength: like push ups, dips, crunches.. etc. and cardio again, strength again for about an hour or so. Looks promising!

So the big question is- What can i eat that will help me LOSE weight and develope defined muscle to get rid of my ugly fat once and for all? i need to get back to normal and start losing this weight in the right way!
