Boot Camp

Hi, so I have started a Boot Camp 3x a week. Any thoughts on how I would figure out calories burned? Should I just put 300 calories for an activity, I am just totally guessing on that number.

For my bootcamp I usually log 30 minutes aerobics and 25 minutes calisthenics since it is an intense mix of both of those things.0
