Healthy Eating on Holiday

Good afternoon All,

On Friday I'm heading to Corfu, Greece for 10 days at an all-inclusive hotel.

I would like to follow a high protein, low carb way of eating while I am there as don't want to gain too much ( I don't expect to lose and can live with a 3-4lb gain).

I am planning eggs for breakfast, Greek salad for lunch and fish/chicken with lots of salad for dinner.:glasses:

Any tips or advice gratefully received.
