In January of this year I weighed 360 pounds (thats 180 more than when I graduated HS in 1979). In May of this year I had lost 10 pounds and then started MFP and I have lost 38 pounds since then. Many people are noticing, commenting and encouraging me to keep going. My goal is to get down to somewhere around 225 or a total weight loss of 135. I was hoping to make by this January, but it I think that I will definitely be there at the end of 1 year with MFP.
