So, what are your workouts? I'm a swimmer. I have been a swimmer for 12 years since I started in college. I wanted to start a thread that we could learn from each other as to what our workouts are on days that are good and on days that we are flaring. I recently bought a Wii and am using EA Active, Wii Sports, and Wii Fishing to keep in shape on my off days of swimming. My RA is FAR from controlled, but I need to lose weight, so swimming and MFP is the best way I know of. So kids, what's the news? I can't run, treadmill, ellipticall, lift weights, etc. Just want to know what others are doing.
I KNOW YOU'RE OUT THERE.........

I had my meniscus tear fixed December 2. Like you, I couldn't workout on the treadmill or elliptical. The best
therapy for me was the stationary bike. Luckily I had one at home that I could use when I couldn't make it
to the gym.
It wasn't until recently I was able to get back on the elliptical. Still going kind of slow. I keep thinking I'm going
to tear my knee again
