Hello all!

My name is Angie, I'm 29, from Canada. I'm checking in here after getting back to MFP after a 7 month absence. I've had a really rough year and gained an embarrassing amount back from what I lost before. So I have to drop that, and keep heading towards my goal from there.

I'm logging my food and sticking to the gestational diabetes diet I had to do while pregnant with my second baby. I started that pregnancy at the same weight I finished it with. Within two days of giving birth I was 30lbs pre pregnancy weight! It's been the only diet that's ever worked for me, but being pregnant really helped me stick to it. Without growing another human I find it much more difficult to stay on track. So hopefully making myself accountable here will help me out some!
