its been over a year since i last really worked out. i got out the military and just packed on 45lbs, YES 45lbs in a year. never put on weight that fast ever. but i decided i'm still young, i want to look young and be healthy and live long as naturally possible. so i hired a trainer for the next six months and i start on Monday. wish me luck guys :happy:

    Great move! I hope you can get tons of info out of the trainer in that 6 months, and he/she can help you reach your goal. Good luck!
