Hello everyone :)

Hi! I just found this website today and love the way you can keep exercise and food diaries.. the calorie calculator is amazing!

Anyways I think it will really motivate me to be around other people like me working to loose some weight. I have had 3 kids (the last one 5 years ago) and really want to start working out and loosing my baby fat :)

When I started exactly 2 weeks ago these were my measurements (I am 5' 6" tall):
Weight: 147lb
hips: 41, waist: 32, bust 36, thigh: 24.5

Today's Measurements
Weight 143lb
hips: 40, waist, 30, bust 36, thigh 24

I didn't take any before pictures two weeks ago unfortunately (it was pretty bad anyways) but I'll just use today's pictures as my starting pictures (in my profile) as I am trying to get to 125lb maybe in December or so. Maybe that's not a realistic goal but I'm going to work out 6 days a week 30mins minimum and up to 55 mins if I'm not too tired :) Plus watch what I eat, more veggies and fruits to begin with and cutting down a bit on carbs.

It is so motivating to see how many other women are working out to change their body also :)
