13 weeks on MFP and 1st time posting...

LOVE MFP and it makes calorie counting/tracking fun! It is so east to use and the food database is incredible. I also love how I can put my recipes in and get an accurate calorie count.

I have been doing water exercice as my main exercise routine. A mix of water aerobics, and more recently, lap swimming in a 50 meter competition pool. I love it and it is working well for me right now. Anyone else using water exercise as a part of their work out routine? How is it working for you? Any ideas or tips you could share?
