Injury

I was so proud of myself. I just completed the 30 Day Shred and didn't miss a single day. I lost 10 pounds and 3 inches from my waist. I actually looked forward to exercising for the first time in my life. I have said in the past that if I could have any wish granted it would be to enjoy exercising (after world peace, etc). I started Body Revolution last week and I was doing well (much easier than level 3 of the 30DS). This morning I woke up at 5 a.m. to do the cardio video before I went to work. I was doing the Running Man?? and backed up into my coffee table. My ankle caved in and I landed on the side of my foot. My ankle has swollen up to the size of a lemon. I went to the Dr. and she had me get an xray but I am not worried that it is broken. I am worried that if I can't exercise for a while that I will regress and I won't start up again after my ankle is better. Thanks for reading.
