    well, i dont do it regularly but did it recently for a few times a week ( did the "exhilarate" set dvds) I did "ripped" and "activate" and all that hip moving has def helped my muffin top area (it was very sore from Ripped") Also noticed my backside slimming down and my lower abs! I also do strength training at least 3 times a week...its so fun and has helped me dance a lot better!
  • I just purchased the Zumba - Get Fit Party game for the PS3. I started a thread on it, but no one seems to have answered :(

    I was wondering, would you ladies perhaps know how many calories it burns and whatnot? I've never had to work out before, so this is all new territory for me.

    I haven't done much so far, just "learning the steps", but I'm really loving it! It's like dance :D

    Not enough resistance to see a real difference, it was your diet that caused the change not the dance moves
    Also noticed my backside slimming down and my lower abs!

    Again this is attributed to your diet.
