Week 3 - Not feeling it

Hi, my name is Misty and I have been using this site for 3 weeks now. I am overweight by 60 pounds (so say the charts) I say I am overweight by about 40 pounds. I am 5'6 and I think 130 is too skinny for me. I have been there before. Now I just want to get down to 150. That would be a good weight for my frame I think.

I have 2 friends on here and would like to find more people to add. I am looking for motivation. Someone who will actually look at what I have done and criticize it if need be. Not mean like, but constructive criticism.

I want to use this site to help me eat better, track that and my exercise... I just feel that I might need more help than what I "think" is OK for the day.

Any takers?
