Hello, I'm back again - I've been gone now for about 1 year and my weight shows it! I'm getting back on track now, I have to do this for me. I would like friends, people who are striving for the same thing that I striving for. I need some help! Thanks.

    Me too! I haven't been on in 16 months and was somewhat surprised that I am at the exact same weight and measurements. Do you your body have a "comfort zone" that it naturally gravitates to?

    Same here!! I was down about ten pounds and I quit for awhile. Now i think I actually weigh more than I ever did

    I'm starting again also. I started out so strong and the just stopped using MFP so now I have a trip planned I want to look good for it!!!

    Goal: 165 by christmas
    3000 weekly burn
    1.25 mile run on treadmill 5 times a week
