Any gym members from Sparks, NV?

I have lost 56 pounds mainly by watching calories and walking but I need to step it up and start with some serious toning. My ticker says 36 but I lost another 20 doing weight watchers before starting MFP. I am 53 and have only belonged to a gym one other time in my life and it was a bad experience for me. I am new in the Sparks, Nevada area and there are a few gym's here to choose from. I'm hoping to get some input. I'd like to find one that someone my age will feel comfortable at. I'm very self conscience and the thought of going to a gym is very intimidating to me. But I NEED to get my butt to one asap! Thanks!

There used to be a golds by costco in sparks that was good. But its since been bought out and I have not been there with the new owners. Might want to look there
