Starting back up again

I started using MFP back in april and it helped me drop 20lbs by June and then I went away for a week and during that week I stopped using MFP and since then I've only lost about 5 lbs. SO I realised my problem isn't that I'm not working out its that I have been snacking quite abit too.

Now I'm back to MFP and I'm hoping to lose 20lbs by christmas so im hoping for lots of encouragement bc it seems i need it.


Goal: 165 by christmas
3000 weekly burn
1.25 mile run on treadmill 5 times a week
