Hip hop abs with Shaun T and for some reason I am super excited. Perhaps it's the calm before the storm but it feels good to be excited about something that is actually good for me. Anyone out there have this one? I have not worked out in 2.5 years so I am at a beginner level again. Share your thoughts and experiences please.
