Does the site counts in the muscle gain?

I have it set up to lose 1 kg a week.. and when I exercise it tells me how many calories I should eat according to how much I lost while exercising.
My question is, when it tells me I should lose 1 kg a week, does that take into consideration the amount of muscle I gained in that week? or should I factor that in myself?

Muscle gain while eating at a deficit is not common, so I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.0

I don't believe it does, but if that is a concern for you, you should try entering your measurments as well. This way even if you don't lose kg, if your measurements decrease, you know that what you've done is STILL improvement and the number won't matter as much then.0
