Tracking 30 Day Shred

Options
If you've done (or do) JM 30 Day Shred, how do you log it in the exercise tracker? Do you choose a general option like circuit training, log it via HRM, or what?

    Personally, I use a HRM and track it that way just because it's more accurate. I have seen people use a general circuit to track it though too! So, you have some options.
