Anyone been analysed by one of these devices or anyone got experience using them - I'm wondering how accurate / useful they are....I can get a report from one at my local gym for £10 but wonder if it's worth the money.
We have body fat scales at home but their accuracy is sketchy at best, it can give you 3 different reading in 5 minutes :-/ We've been taking body measurements every few months but I'm not expecting huge changes in body shape at this stage.
