I've figured out HOW to enter the 2014 marathon (2013 is full) but I can't find any information on what it costs to enter, I would be doing it for a charity but I still need to know costs before I commit myself to something so huge. Please help?

Are you a UK resident? There are different rules for international participants. If your international, the regular ballot is about 65 pound (somewhere around 100-110 US dollars). So I imagine it would be about the same for charity. You also might want to check with the specific charity you are running for, they might have different rules.0

If you get a ballot place then it's usually about £65. If your running for a charity they ask that you can guarantee a certain amount of sponsor money. Most Charities ask for around £1500-£2000 sponsor money, but it can vary.0

That's great thanks for the help. Now all I need to do is train for it. Eek!0

This year's was £65 for overseas residents, something like £39 for UK residents.0
