Cutting it down one day at a time.

I started thursday night, so far so good. I was told to try to just make little changes so i started paying more attention to my calories and i started to notice i never go over on my calories with the amount of working out i do even on the day i thought i ate so bad. However i always go over on carbs and sugar so im slowly cutting them down. Anyway else experiance not really losing until they cut down on carbs? Or anyone else slowly cut down each day like that?

I lose faster when I cut down on carbs, but it seems like just water weight. I haven't done low carb for long enough to notice a permanent difference, I kind of dip in and out of it depending on how much effort I want to put in lol.0
