Lean Weight Composition= Goal Weight?

Maybe someone on here can help me. I received some feedback on a fitness assessment I had for a class I'm taking. It said that 112.8 is my lean weight. Should I make this close to my goal weight? So probably 115-120?

If you have 112.8 pounds of lean body mass you are probably going to want to aim for about 130 as an absolute minimun as a female. 135-140 would be even better.0

Assuming that you want to preserve your lean mass, a goal weight of 115-120lbs will put your BF% at 2-6%, which is unsafe. For calculation sake, let's assume that you maintain all your lean mass while you lose weight, 132.7lbs would give you a 15% BF and 141lbs is 20%. So I would set your goal weight within that range to start, and reevaluate as you get closer to goal.0
