So, I have knock of a total gym and I was wondering if those that had used it had much success with it or suggestions. I figure it will actually work because you are using your own body weight to pull against...so technically you are lifting...SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

If you were considering one of the mid to higher-end models ($600+) then your investment would be better spent on an in-expensive half power rack and starter olympic weight set. It's basically a novelty exercise item. It might have some initial value, especially if you're just starting to exercise again, but because it's a machine and the resistance is body weight the Total Gym has limited progression.0
