New to MFP serious about goals <10%bf

Hey everyone! My name is Brett Wright, and I have been using MFP for 30 days, and so far it is the SINGLE BEST thing to ever happen to me from a health standpoint. It's an extremely powerful tool. Feel free to add me, the more friends for motivation the better.

Started: 183lbs, 24% body fat (7 fold test, not as good as the in-water test), fastest mile: 9:55
As of today: 170.6lbs, 19% body fat (same test), fastest mile: 6:22
Goals: 149lbs, 8% body fat, fastest mile: 5:39

I would like to complete these goals by June 1st, 2013. I am going to Maui for a week, so its good motivation :D

PS: I have seen over 50 tornadoes the past 2 years! lol
