Anytime Fitness - Bodyworks Classes

Hi all!

I'm trying to find some unbiased info on Bodyworks classes. They're offered at an Anytime Fitness gym near me and described as a "Non stop low impact class to help shred unwanted body fat".

Has anyone been to one of these classes and would recommend them? I'm trying to decide between this or an RPM class.

    It's kind of a scam. Their main concern is for them to lock you in to so many sessions a week and have it automatically billed on your credit card. My wife is a personal trainer at an Anytime Fitness. The Anytime Fitness has to buy the Bodyworks program and watch video seminars on how to sell. How to get you locked in. Even shame you into committing if necessary. My wife is serious at her craft and about the health of her clients and refused. The Anytime Fitness instead hired to you g kids who were willing to do the Bodyworks. Just say no.
